Shipping policy

This policy explains where we ship, what shipping costs and how long delivery takes.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Your order total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or outside business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time) begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes an estimated 7–10 business days after processing, or about 8–13 business days from the day you order. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates: weather, holidays and carrier delays can affect transit times.

Where orders ship from

Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partners from warehouses in the United States and overseas. If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Split shipments are free too.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email tracking details to the address you used at checkout. Tracking can take a few days to update after a package enters the carrier network. If it hasn't updated for several business days, please contact us.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships; we can't change the address after dispatch. We aren't responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, damaged or missing packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but you can't find it, first check with household members, neighbors or building management, then email us with your order number. We'll review the shipment with the carrier and let you know the next steps.
